The duration of the overnight camp varies, depending on your choice, from one to six weeks.

The rates include both the individual and group photos (format: 12 cm x 18 cm / 5 x 7 inches),
only one photo set per participant.

Registration Fees
Registration fees of $100 plus taxes won’t be reimbursed in case of cancellation.
Payment Policy
Payment is required to confirm the reservation of your child’s stay. Payment must be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express), and you can choose between three (3) payment options.

• Full payment upon purchase
Option 2
Two equal instalments:
• First payment upon purchase
• Second payment on June 20, 2025
Option 3
Four equal instalments:
• First payment upon purchase
• Second payment on April 20, 2025
• Third payment on May 20, 2025
• Fourth payment on June 20, 2025
Policy on Cancellation and Refund
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing to info@campclarac.ca . You must mention your child’s name, the group, and the camp dates they were registered. All refund requests will be treated within 14 working days following their receipt.
In case of cancellation before the beginning of the stay, the amount, less the registration fee of 100$ plus taxes will be deposited automatically on the same credit card that was used at the time of the initial registration.
We won’t grant any refund for late arrival or early departure.
In the case of a departure during a camp period for a serious and valid reason, we will issue a refund at pro rata of the days attended.
