Camper Groups

In the summer, the camp welcomes 5-16 years old girls and 5-12 years old boys. 

Campers must have reached the mandatory age by September 30, 2024, to register in one of the camp groups.

Overnight Camp Stays

The duration of the overnight camp varies, depending on your choice, from one to six weeks.

  • One week at the camp corresponds to 5 nights and 6 days.

  • If your child is registered for two or more consecutive weeks, they stay at the camp between those weeks.

  • A camp of two consecutive weeks corresponds to 12 nights; three-consecutive weeks to 19 nights; four-consecutive weeks to 26 nights, etc.

It is essential to respect arrival and departure times to optimize client service.

Arrival: Sunday, between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Departure: Friday, between 6:15 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Excursions

At Camp Mère Clarac, Wednesday is excursion day! Each excursion is tailored to the age group. It is the perfect time to get together as a team and to have an exceptional experience. On this occasion, we also dine outside (BBQ, dinner cooked over the fire, lunch, etc.)

Meals and Menus

Approved menus by a certified nutritionist.

 

For breakfast, a balanced and nutritious meal is served. Every morning, we offer cereals, toast and its accompaniments, a variety of fruits and juices, cheese and milk. Eggs, pancakes, French toast, etc. are also served alternately.

 

At dinner and supper, a good soup, vegetables and various salads accompany chicken, red meat, fish or pasta.

 

Finally, the young can enjoy our delicious desserts! Every day, a snack is served in the afternoon.

Accommodation

Accommodation is provided in our magnificent dormitories specially arranged for each group of campers, single-sex and divided by age. Everyone has their assigned dormitory.

All the dormitories are equipped with bunk beds, storage, complete toilet blocks, a large multipurpose room and more.

Unmatched facilities!

  • 3 large dormitory-style chalets, Chalet des Anges, Saint-Joseph and Sainte-Odile

  • The Mère Anselme pavilion with an entire wing fully furnished as a dormitory

  • The "Petite ourse " with 4-person rooms

Laundry Service

A laundry service is offered to campers who stay 12 nights or more.
