Discount of 10% applicable on the costs of stay until April 15, 2019

 

Terms of registration

 

- Fill out the registration form and the health card either online or printed.

 

- Submit 2 cheques to the postal address indicated on the registration form (with the 2 documents if you have opted for print):

 

  • First cheque of 175.00$ for a 5 night stay or 345.00$ for 12 night stays or longer.

  • Second cheque covering the balance owed, post-dated at least 2 weeks prior to session.

 

Refund policy: The session is refundable if a valid reason is given. The registration fees of 60.28$ (including taxes) are not refundable.

 

Taxes are included in the amounts listed below

Horseback Riding (optional)

Campers 8 years of age and over may take horseback riding lessons at the cost of 26$ per lesson (taxes included)

 

Maximum : 3 weekly lessons for 8 to 10 years of age

Maximum : 5 weekly lessons for 11 years of age and over

 

All campers will have the opportunity to ride horses (8 years of age and over) or ponies (4 to 7 years of age) free of charge, during their stay.

Accommodation

The groups are divided according to sex and age of youth in 6 cottages:

 

Girls:

-from 4 to 6 years are «Les Champignoles» (22),

-from 7 to 8 years are «Les Coccinelles» (26),

-of 9 and 10 years are «Les Étincelles» (30),

-of 11 and 12 years are «Les Aventurières» (40),

- from 13 to 16 years are «Les Youppies» (28).

 

Boys:

-from 4 to 8 years are «Les Matelots» (28),

-from 9 to 12 years are «Les Rox et Rouky» (38).

Menus

 

The breakfasts are hearty. First meal of the day, they must be consistent and supportive. Every morning, there is cereal, toast and their toppings, fruit and cheese, juice and milk. We will also alternatively serve eggs, pancakes, French toast, etc.

 

At dinners and suppers, we start with a good soup and there will be chicken, red meat, fish, or pasta, accompanied by vegetables and/or various salads and, finally, delicious desserts! Snacks are served in the afternoon.

 

 

Our menus are approved by a qualified nutritionist.

List of personal effects

Download the list below in the «Documents to be completed» section, print a copy, insert the number opposite each item and attach the sheet inside the suitcase. By entering the number of items, this will help your child not to forget anything when he completes his luggage on the morning of the return.

 

The following items are prohibited: IPod, portable MP3 players and cell phones, cigarettes, drugs and alcohol

 
Arrival and departure time
 

Day of arrival: Children are expected between 2 pm and 3 pm the day of arrival (except for June 30, arrival at 1:30 pm).

 

Departure: All children must leave between 6:15 pm and 7:00 pm.
